Your donation to our effort will help rebuild the connection between farmers and the community.
With any donation $1 or more, we will deliver a welcome gift pack with: your choice of a lawn sign and an information packet on how else you can support farms.
If you’d like to receive your welcome pack sooner, we have several pick-up locations around Sonoma County. Please fill out the “Contact Us” form for more information.
If you are going to use PayPal to donate, please put a note with where you’d like the sign delivered to, so we can get it to you. Donations will go directly to our Nonprofit’s efforts.

If you’d like to receive your welcome pack sooner, we have several drop-locations around Sonoma County that you can pick your gift pack up at.
County and City ordinances regulate when a resident is allowed to put a sign up in their yard. Please check your local ordinance before putting signs up.
